Wrigleys started airing of its new TV Commercial for “Doublemint”. Dominic Roque had less participation on it.

The flow of ad goes like this; some days you feel like you’re not even there. Feel comfortable with yourself. Start with fresh breath. Get together with Doublemint Fresh Breath.

The 31 seconds commercial depicts on how to be part of a group together and to be in with the group. The color of chairs with the appearance of other peer; well it is eye catchy but the real message of the ad didn’t show what they want to emphasize.

So far the sound and timing is good together with the lightings. Plus the added value is the smile of all the models.

Suggestion:

There should be exact details on how mint refreshes them. I would suggest if there’s a heavy stress on the project or there’s conflict that makes “Doublemint” fresh and relax.

Nokia Asha 303 error in connection

I had an experienced before that I got this error, the time I received a Nokia Asha 303 loyalty free phone from Sun.

Unfortunately, I was so disappointed when I got the “Error in connection” when I used the outgoing calls. I went to Nokia customer Service for repair, with my embarrassment they need to send it to its main office for a higher level support and diagnostics. What I did is I approached Sun Customer Service to request for a new hand set. With their understanding on that issue, they gave me a new phone Nokia 303.

After 3 days in used I got the same problem, “Error in connection”. I tried to remove the SIM and insert it to other phone and it works. To resolve this issue I went back to Sun Cellular office. Since the line is long, I used SM City free WIFI.

With my intuitive mind, I opened and launched the social networking feature. Then after that it works. Yehey! I did it, without the support from Nokia and Sun. If you got the same problem, just launch the social networking feature then log-in to your account and after that everything works fine.

Just wandering behind the commercials we saw on Television is from what companies came from? Where those products came from?

As we explore the web, we found out in business insider that 10 Corporations controlled most of the products. That image was based on the chart from Reddit.com.

Wondering the beverages, soap, detergent, cosmetics, shampoo, chocolates, ice cream, breakfast cereal, coffee and a lot of products we consumed are controlled by biggest corporation worldwide.

On the illustration we found out that Kraft, Coca-Cola, Nestle, P&G, Johnson and Johnson, Unilever, Pepsico, Wrigley, Kellogg’s, Mars, and G.

Globe Telecom best in Customer Service in Philippines

I was inspired to write this article when yugatech.com wrote the “Anybody trusts the Nielsen Company surveys?” I concluded based on my experience that Globe Telecom has their best customer service on which I am a loyal subscriber.

I had my plan with Sun Cellular now. When you call their 200 hotline, they pleased me on their service but on the customer service they have in a mall, I was dismayed.  Customer Service Representatives (CSR) were just playing around, murmuring gossips, didn’t smile even the line is too long, with their clutter space.  Sorry to say but I hope that this will be an improvement to Sun Service especially on the management side.

On the other hand, Smart Telecom is quite good enough but then there’s a conflict on what they say over it hotlines versus on their support in service centers in mall.

Moreover, I got a bad experience on Smart Bro 999 during installation; it takes more than a week before they settle the problem which I decided to cut the line. They refused to do so instead they will deduct the downtime on my bill which until now, they do nothing. And once you forgot to pay for the bill their customer service is urgent and asking you to pay it the soonest. My question is how can you pay your bill if the service doesn’t worth you get?

Compared with the Globe Customer service personnel, they smile and dress well with their professional way on how they talk. Moreover, even when they are not at post they greeted you and they made some friendly smile. That shows that you are important to them. With that I salute Globe Telecom in SM City Batangas for a warm support and with sense of humor CSR.

Suggestions:

* Sun should take care of you clients or you must impost feedbacks for you service improvements. There should be monitoring of staff performance on how they dealt with clients.

*Smart Bro should provide a service like Globe that you need to pay P540 if you want to cut subscription. Paying P999 monthly with dissatisfaction on service is a big thing to consider.

Citing those problems didn’t mean creation of bad impression to the mentioned telecom but a mere improvement of the service they have.

Top comment on the video is it will able to connect an external blueray player which enable you to watch movies.  Will it be?

This technology will be a stiff competitor of Apple’s iPad. We’ll wait for the official lunch of Microsoft’s Surface as it surely drives the intensity of entertainment and on how people use technology in a different way of computing.

Ulalamm TV Commercial Video Review

“Para sa Masa, Mahal ng Masa Ulalamm” is one of the TV Commercials by Sarah Geronimo, Jovit Baldovino, and Gloc-9. 

The theme of the commercial is good enough to convince the audience of ordinary Filipinos. It catches the convenient way to eat and affordable price in the market (P15 SRP). Moreover, Jovit, Sarah and Gloc-9 powerful voice creates attractive and nice impression of the product.

It portrays friendships, dreams, hard workers, and all skilled workers nationwide.

I tried the “Sisig Astig” and the taste is good, you can eat a lot of rice. But don’t too much rice because it’s bad for our health.

Suggestion

What I just suggest on the tagline on the last part of the commercial is “Mahal ng Masa”. On my opinion it is quite confusing on the term.  “Mahal” has a double meaning in Tagalog. It could be love or it could be expensive. So if the commercial is for “Masa”, most of print ads will be confusing. It would be nice if they will just put Love instead of “Mahal” or it could be “Tangkilik ng Masa”.
