Globe Telecom best in Customer Service in Philippines

I was inspired to write this article when yugatech.com wrote the “Anybody trusts the Nielsen Company surveys?” I concluded based on my experience that Globe Telecom has their best customer service on which I am a loyal subscriber.

I had my plan with Sun Cellular now. When you call their 200 hotline, they pleased me on their service but on the customer service they have in a mall, I was dismayed.  Customer Service Representatives (CSR) were just playing around, murmuring gossips, didn’t smile even the line is too long, with their clutter space.  Sorry to say but I hope that this will be an improvement to Sun Service especially on the management side.

On the other hand, Smart Telecom is quite good enough but then there’s a conflict on what they say over it hotlines versus on their support in service centers in mall.

Moreover, I got a bad experience on Smart Bro 999 during installation; it takes more than a week before they settle the problem which I decided to cut the line. They refused to do so instead they will deduct the downtime on my bill which until now, they do nothing. And once you forgot to pay for the bill their customer service is urgent and asking you to pay it the soonest. My question is how can you pay your bill if the service doesn’t worth you get?

Compared with the Globe Customer service personnel, they smile and dress well with their professional way on how they talk. Moreover, even when they are not at post they greeted you and they made some friendly smile. That shows that you are important to them. With that I salute Globe Telecom in SM City Batangas for a warm support and with sense of humor CSR.

Suggestions:

* Sun should take care of you clients or you must impost feedbacks for you service improvements. There should be monitoring of staff performance on how they dealt with clients.

*Smart Bro should provide a service like Globe that you need to pay P540 if you want to cut subscription. Paying P999 monthly with dissatisfaction on service is a big thing to consider.

Citing those problems didn’t mean creation of bad impression to the mentioned telecom but a mere improvement of the service they have.

6.)  You will receive a confirmation message. Open the message and click the link.

Branded or Not?

Choosing the best product or service worth of buying is a consumer or customer choice.  That is how we look on the brand and quality. 

All of us experienced of being a customer. What we look is what we get! Yes, there were times you just in a mall or in a market and you saw something good and you feel you want it. What you did is look for the price and if the budget fits you’ll buy it (abrupt buying).

On my experience I always look for the brand. The brand depicts the quality of product/service you want to buy. Branded items undergo quality control and assurance that you meet the standard.

So here’s the comparison I made on it whether it’s on product or service, informative vs uninformative, website vs no site, broadcasted vs non-broadcasted, and a lot of more.

Philippine Branding: A milestone of innovation

What is brand? And how brand transforms your company into a promising enterprise for users, consumers, customers, and client?

Brand is the identity or trademark that will make or break a certain business whether it is products or services oriented. It is not just the logo, the icon, or the name itself but the completeness and totality of the brand. And according to Wikipedia, Branding began as a way to tell one person's cattle from another by means of a hot iron stamp.

Like in real life, it is your name that people will remember. When we translate it into business it is your product or service that shows what kind of brand you are. Example of this is “Amazing Brandz” pertaining to this blog site which focuses on branding. And that is the reason why you are reading this article. On your daily product you consume another example of this is Coke or the Coca-Cola which is owned by Coca-Cola Company.

Coca-Cola doesn’t end on the name itself. The contour bottle, the red ribbon name, the red color, the design and the taste comprises the product itself. It is not end with the design itself but also the advertising and marketing, the commercials, the flyers, the service, the people, and whole operations of the product up lifts its brand. On which trademark or identity is there.

What is trademark? Wikipedia says, “A trademark, trade mark, or trade-mark is a distinctive sign or indicator used by an individual, business organization, or other legal entity to identify that the products or services to consumers with which the trademark appears originate from a unique source, and to distinguish its products or services from those of other entities.” Trademark make or break for a certain brand.

With your brand you have the mission and vision which will benefit your brand of product and services. This is where you take care of your customer in a certain quality that meets their demand or taste. With that your customers see to it that they are satisfied as they continuously care your brand and promote it with other customers using word of mouth and desire and want to use it. It is on how they think of what company you are. When we heard Windows XP what comes first into our mind is Microsoft. Or we can say “Amazing Trendz”, it is a blog site founded by the admin of this site. Or when we say Facebook it is the social networking site. That is how brand is important in a company.

So with that idea, every brand should be develop and take good care for innovation purposes. Why? This is because consumers, users, or customers demands for best and people always look for a worth product or service that will be used for a certain purpose.

With that quality assurance goes well. It is the standard of service or product on which consistency of the brand is intact. Through development and innovation, there is always improvement for the brands. This is a continuous process of research and development on which expectations of our brand lies on modernization including technological advancement. It is the horizon of every man existence.
