I was inspired to write this article when yugatech.com wrote the “Anybody trusts the Nielsen Company surveys?” I concluded based on my experience that Globe Telecom has their best customer service on which I am a loyal subscriber.
I had my plan with Sun Cellular now. When you call their 200 hotline, they pleased me on their service but on the customer service they have in a mall, I was dismayed. Customer Service Representatives (CSR) were just playing around, murmuring gossips, didn’t smile even the line is too long, with their clutter space. Sorry to say but I hope that this will be an improvement to Sun Service especially on the management side.
On the other hand, Smart Telecom is quite good enough but then there’s a conflict on what they say over it hotlines versus on their support in service centers in mall.
Moreover, I got a bad experience on Smart Bro 999 during installation; it takes more than a week before they settle the problem which I decided to cut the line. They refused to do so instead they will deduct the downtime on my bill which until now, they do nothing. And once you forgot to pay for the bill their customer service is urgent and asking you to pay it the soonest. My question is how can you pay your bill if the service doesn’t worth you get?
Compared with the Globe Customer service personnel, they smile and dress well with their professional way on how they talk. Moreover, even when they are not at post they greeted you and they made some friendly smile. That shows that you are important to them. With that I salute Globe Telecom in SM City Batangas for a warm support and with sense of humor CSR.
Suggestions:
* Sun should take care of you clients or you must impost feedbacks for you service improvements. There should be monitoring of staff performance on how they dealt with clients.
*Smart Bro should provide a service like Globe that you need to pay P540 if you want to cut subscription. Paying P999 monthly with dissatisfaction on service is a big thing to consider.
Citing those problems didn’t mean creation of bad impression to the mentioned telecom but a mere improvement of the service they have.
