I had an experienced before that I got this error, the
time I received a Nokia Asha 303 loyalty free phone from Sun.
Unfortunately, I was so disappointed when I got the “Error
in connection” when I used the outgoing calls. I went to Nokia customer Service
for repair, with my embarrassment they need to send it to its main office for a
higher level support and diagnostics. What I did is I approached Sun Customer
Service to request for a new hand set. With their understanding on that issue,
they gave me a new phone Nokia 303.
After 3 days in used I got the same problem, “Error in
connection”. I tried to remove the SIM and insert it to other phone and it
works. To resolve this issue I went back to Sun Cellular office. Since the line
is long, I used SM City free WIFI.
With my intuitive mind, I opened and launched the social
networking feature. Then after that it works. Yehey! I did it, without the
support from Nokia and Sun. If you got the same problem, just launch the social
networking feature then log-in to your account and after that everything works
fine.
