I had an experienced before that I got this error, the time I received a Nokia Asha 303 loyalty free phone from Sun. Unfortunately, I was so disappointed when I got the “Error in connection” when I used the outgoing calls. I went to Nokia customer Service for repair, with my embarrassment they need to send it to its main office for a higher level support and diagnostics. I was inspired to write this article when yugatech.com wrote the “Anybody trusts the Nielsen Company surveys?” I concluded based on my experience that Globe Telecom has their best customer service on which I am a loyal subscriber. I had my plan with Sun Cellular now. When you call their 200 hotline, they pleased me on their service but on the customer service they have in a mall, I was dismayed.  Customer Service Representatives (CSR) were just playing around, murmuring gossips, didn’t smile even the line is too long, with their clutter space.  Sorry to say but I hope that this will be an improvement to Sun Service especially on the management side.
