Myproperty.ph is announcing its first “Real Estate Awards 2012”. They are inviting Real State Community to recognize top companies towards its excellence, high quality and prominent standards in real state.
Eligibilities are:
* A Philippine real estate company may enter in the awards and must currently have their Projects or Developments built in the Philippines.
* Each Development or Project submitted as an entry must have at least one (1) Project building or section (referring to subdivisions/neighborhoods) that is fully operational (excluding the showroom) by July 2012.
* Bank Institutions that offer housing loans may enter the "Best housing loan" Category.
* Must have been or is a current advertiser on MyProperty.ph for at least one (1) month in 2012.
